Parents back from Israelposted Nov 10th 2011, 11:54AM
Mood: Happy
Last month a day before Halloween my parents leave for Israel for about 11 days. So I had the house to myself all that time. They arrived home yesterday around 4 p.m. And they brought me a shofar horn and a hamahka as well as some t-shirts with the Coca-Cola logo in hebrew and caps with the words Jerusalem embroidered on it(all of which was made in Israel) rocks from various sites, figurines made from olive wood, water from the Jordan River, tea and instant coffee made in Israel, a bunch of brochures and whole bunch of pictures. Over all it seemed like they had a good time. They've been to Tiberius, Caesaria, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Masada, the Dead Sea, Meggido, the Sea of Gallilee, Capernaum, The Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the old city, the place where Jesus was supposed to be born, the church of the Beatitudes, the Garden of Gethsemene, the garden tomb and a lot more.
